During your initial  45-minute consultation, we will explore and identify your wellness vision and uncover the roadblocks that have been preventing you from reaching your goals.  This session is also a great opportunity to see if health coaching is a good fit.

Programs and Rates


3-Month Program Holiday Deal $300, normally $510

This program consists of 6 sessions over 12 weeks.

The initial session will be 45-60 minutes, the remaining sessions will be 30-45 minutes in length.

All sessions will be held virtually.

Email support between sessions is available. 

6-Month Program Holiday Deal $810, normally $1,020

This program will consist of 12 sessions over 24 weeks. 

The initial session will be 45-60 minutes, the remaining sessions will be 30-45 minutes in length.
